Google Ads Specialist

We're looking for a full-time Google Ads Specialist who will drive search, display, and video advertising performance and campaign build outs for the client.

Specialist.PH is a human resources partner to marketing agencies and marketing teams that have high standards for quality, getting work done, and producing amazing results.

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will improve ROAS Month over Month and Year over Year, ROAS target metrics TBD per brand and per campaign, and aggressively optimize and scale campaigns through sales or lead or engagement volume target metrics TBD per client and per campaign. You will also improve documentation so the client can scale, cocument all processes, experiments, and outcomes, and help develop campaign briefs, execute, then debrief

Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you...

-Have at least 2 years of experience in media buying, with a focus on direct response campaigns

-Have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

-Can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

-Have experience with media buying platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

-Are familiar with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented, please include the phrase “Google Ads Pro” in your CV or letter

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
