We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Specialist to join our growing team! You will play a key role in our recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract top talent and integrate them seamlessly into our company culture.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Prepare interview schedules and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interviews, and related documentation.

Onboarding

• Be the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs that provide new hires with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
• Facilitate introductions to the team and company culture.
• Ensure new hires complete all necessary paperwork, including benefits enrollment and background checks.
• Track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Maintain a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and/or onboarding.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry in the Philippines (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service (applicants and new hires).
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other HR team members.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Results-driven and able to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
