Job Description - Human Resources Assistant

GrowthAssistant is a fast-growing company providing exciting growth opportunities for individuals to work in an embedded model with brands.  We are growing our internal team and looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position will work closely with the HR Team Lead to assist with employee engagement, onboarding, project coordination, database management, and administrative assistance. As we are a small startup environment, ideal candidates will like to wear many hats and not get flustered when priorities shift, and tasks change. The ideal candidate will also learn new things, like working within our CRM and creating and documenting business policies and best practices.

 

Salary Range:   PHP 35,000 - 50,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. The Benefits

The Responsibilities
  • Maintain contractor record or details and update as needed
  • Coordinate HR projects (i.e., meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests (i.e., checking of PTO balance, timesheet)
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation
  • Facilitate offboarding conversations
  • Facilitate productivity coaching conversations
  • Develop and manage various activities designed to increase GA engagement
  • Plan and facilitate various team company events
  • HR Ticket Triaging
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
The Requirements
  • At least 2 years of HR assistant and generalist experience
  • Preferably with remote/offshore work experience
  • Must be attentive to detail, highly organized, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables
  • Experience in Hubstaff, AirTable, Google Suite, JazzHR and HubSpot
  • Experience in ClickUp (nice-to-have)
  • Can work in graveyard shift following the Central Time zone
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience creating newsletters
