Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily Talent Acquisition tasks related to recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating new hire orientations, onboarding, and providing excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role is primarily located in Taguig but offers flexibility for some remote work (2-3x per week work from home) .

Qualifications

• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building
• Experience in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes is preferred but open to fresh graduates who had internship experience in Human Resource/Recruitment departments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role:

• College Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Familiarity with interviewing and administrative tasks
• Familiarity in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Folders)
