Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Total Rewards Systems Specialist at TELUS International located in Metro Manila, with flexibility for remote work. The Total Rewards Systems Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include analytical skills, troubleshooting, technical support, communication, and information technology. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's total rewards systems and ensuring their effectiveness in supporting the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

Project management,

• Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Information Technology, specifically in HR systems (pref. WorkDay)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in HR systems and/or compensation and benefits are a plus
