Senior Associate - Consulting

The new client acquisition team works closely with both Client Success Managers and Marketing to drive interest in RDI Products and services into complex multi-national organizations, identify potential buyers, use compelling content and messaging to attract prospects and convert them into clients

• Reviews the skill and expertise requirements to accomplish team goals and identifies staffing and talent resources to fill project roles; Develops action plans for optimal resource utilization and manages financial/material resource usage among team; Encourages others to assess the potential impact of resource decisions related to efficiency and cost reduction.
• Encourages others to share diverse cultural perspectives, processes, and norms to build awareness across the team; appreciates and adapts to different cultural settings or environments; Supports and promotes differences within the team, communicating the positive effects of integrating a variety of backgrounds and perspectives; serves as an advocate for inclusion; Understands how local team contributes to global business objectives and creates local plan for team to achieve those objectives.
• Makes detailed project plans, setting clear team priorities linked to short-term organizational goals; Demonstrates strong ethical behavior, consistently fulfilling commitments to others; maintains confidentiality within the team and beyond; Maintains high levels of productivity and output for self and team.

The Requirements:

• Any business-related course but a degree in Statistics, Human Resources Management, or Marketing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation is preferred
• Ability to compare benefits and HR policy practices between and within organizations, sectors, industries, roles, practices, and geographies.
• Understanding of custom analyses that look at market trends and compare and contrast that with each client’s unique situation, providing insights that will help compensation and HR professionals make rewards decisions that support their organizations’ business goals while remaining market competitive.
• Understanding of WTW proprietary software that enables organizations to efficiently develop and manage their compensation programs through an intuitive, fully integrated experience; includes survey data, job leveling, competitive market assessment, program design, analytics, and reporting.
• Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are key tools used across the Practice for analyzing data and presenting to clients and internal audiences.
• Learn the Data Challenge methodology enabling you to take new insights on your clients data to support new opportunity development
• Descriptive statistics are brief informational coefficients that summarize a given data set, which can be either a representation of the entire population or a sample of a population. Explores the process of preparing and presenting sample data using graphical methods and then making valid inferences about the population represented by the sample.
• Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are key tools used across the Practice for analyzing data and presenting to clients and internal audiences.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all forms, including verbal, written, and nonverbal.
