Senior Human Resources Manager

Education level required:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science or related courses (master's is a plus)
• 5+ years of HR experience in tech or IT SMB companies

Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders' leaders across all levels of the organization to ensure global HR strategy is localized, compliant with the local laws.
• Support documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.
• Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program roll outs, training and change management effectively.
• Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
• Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, health benefits, etc.) for all roles in the organization.
• Ensure timely processing of compensation and benefits.
• Ensure accurate management and reporting of leave and attendance records.
• Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors and government agencies.
• Look after employee relations, performance management and career development policies, training and processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and implements best practices.
• Manage, comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies.
• Develop and monitor the HR and Admin's budget.
• Support all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to facilities management and management of key HR/admin vendors.
• Manage the full lifecycle of critical global hires in PH ensuring identifying top tier candidates, effective negotiation, offer extension, and successful candidate onboarding.
• Create talent pipeline for critical positions through headhunting and passive hiring.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to plan talent with evolving business needs.
• Rigorous candidate assessment and evaluation aligning with organization culture and values.
• Effective networking and partnering with senior candidates on social media.
• Employer branding Updating Job Boards
• Updating Job Boards Globally
• Forecast Planning and Hiring for PH as per business requirement for service delivery and other department roles.
