Senior Manager for Sourcing and Recruitment

ISTA Solutions is currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager for Sourcing and Recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall recruitment process and leading a team to attract and hire top talent. This position is based on-site at our office in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to execute the sourcing and recruitment strategy
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience in a senior-level sourcing and recruitment role
• Experience managing a team of recruiters
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience working in an outsourcing/offshoring company is a plus
