Job Description - Service Engineering Manager

Service Engineering Manager (Customer Service)

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Trades & Services)


• Diploma/Degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manager capacity. Industrial engineering/ECE/Mechanical Engineering
• Highly motivated and customer-centric individual that drives on the service business success.
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns and feedbacks from customers and be able to address their needs.
• Possess good leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external customers from every levels.
• Good overview of the various service KPIs in the customer service setting

Role Objectives


• Provide the leadership in driving and growing the Customer Services business sales and profitability.
• Identify talents and provide coaching, mentorship and development to the team constantly.

Job Descriptions


• Responsible for the overall profitability of the Customer service business in the country.
• Achieve monthly and annual Sales and EBT budgets through the successful execution of service sales strategies and tactics.
• Proactively take the lead in driving all CS enquiries and orders.
• Possess the relevant technical expertise and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the service team.
• Supervisory duties include coaching, training and motivating the service team to perform effectively.
• Active and regular communication with customers to build and maintenance the relationship.
• Management of all customer activities across all BUs and Service lines.
• Ensure maintenance of data in global tools (Salesforce, SaX, PPV, GPR etc).
• Support escalation management with the SSI and customer organization as SPOC (single point of contact).
• Ensure the service team develop the technical competency on SSI products and solutions and achieve high utilization rate.
