TERMS OF REFERENCE
Position : Social Welfare Offficer II
Salary Grade : 15 (Php 36, 619)
Status of Employment : Contract of Service
Location/Office : Bohol
Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
Reports to : Social Welfare Officer III
Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor of Science in Social Work
Training : 4 hrs of relevant training
Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Eligibility : Registered Social Work
Primary Tasks:
.Assist in the day-to-day convergence operations in his/her area of assignment
.Assist in the administration of the SWI
.Act as social case manager in areas where the Pantawid Pamilya Municipal Link is not a registered Social Worker and submit reports on the status of such
.Provide interventions on Protective Services for those households found in levels 1and 2
.Monitor the Municipal Action Teams including the Team's accomplishments based on its plans
.With the Provincial Link and Administrative Assistant III (Province-based) collate the Municipal Action Plans for submission to the RPMO and
.Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the Provincial Link.
