Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to find top talent, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct Boolean searches and leverage online resources to efficiently identify potential candidates.
• Craft compelling outreach messages to attract qualified candidates and generate interest in our company and open positions.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess their skills and experience and ensure they meet the qualifications for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of social media recruiting and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
