Specialist, Compensation & Benefits - Expat Mobility

Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with respect to domestic/international relocations, international assignments, and inpatriate/expatriate matters.

     
  • Communicating relocation packages, answering questions, and resolving escalated issues.

     
  • Managing global mobility activities for expatriates, domestic and international transfers.

     
  • Maintaining and verifying records and files.

     
  • Preparing monthly reports for immigration, global mobility, and relocation.

     
  • Develop creative solutions to a variety of diverse and complex problems.

     
  • Working with Recruiters and the external relocation vendor to ensure candidates’ and the company’s needs are handled in a timely manner.

     
  • Contribute input towards continuous improvement in processes and policies.

     
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and submit business visa and work visa applications to embassies and consulates consistent with standardized processes.

     
  • Research and create visa processes for new work locations and communicate these to the appropriate personnel.

     
  • Collaborate with HR business partners on mobility planning, strategies, budgets, and develop creative solutions to business needs across the world.

     
  • Experience in international global relocation

     
  • Strong counseling and interpersonal skills

     
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications proficiency

     
  • Experienced working in a fast – paced, multi – cultural, globally matrixed customer service organization is highly preferred.

     
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

     
  • Bilingual is a plus.

     
  • Experienced in assisting employee in opening bank accounts, find accommodations etc. for expatriates.

     
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance or any related discipline required.

     
  • 1-3 years’ experience in global mobility or immigration

     
  • Experience within a large, complex organization
