The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Associate  is responsible for a full-cycle of recruitment, identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates to meet the staffing needs of a company. Their duties include collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs.  You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR or related background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate of Human Resources, Business Ad, or a related field is often preferred.

• Minimum of solid 3 months of experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, especifically in a BPO set-up.

• Has proactiveness and good character at work, an effective team player, willing to learn and always seeks skills and positive character development

• Willing to work onsite either in MDC 100, Eastwood, Quezon City or The Curve, BGC, Taguig City

• Amenable for a fixed-term employment for 5 months
