Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in our Cebu location. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will also play a key role in employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Knowledge of effective Sourcing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
