Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Function: Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for positions under the assigned business unit/zone/hub account. Responsibilities:

• Source required talents
• Select the identified potential fit
• Onboard talent
• Create special projects on sourcing channels and recruiting events
• Manage reports and feedback

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development
• TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience**
• TA Assistant (R & F level) with 0-2 years or TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience;**
