YOUR BASIC SKILLS

  • With at least 5-year experience in Talent Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field
  • Independently designs, cascades, and implements organizational-wide talent management-related processes, systems, procedures, policies, and programs
  • Preferably with experience in IT industry

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES

Organizational Design and Structuring

  • Facilitates departmental/organizational structure review in coordination with Department Heads and/or Business Unit (BU) Heads
  • Keeps and maintains all updated and approved departmental/ organizational charts for reference
  • Plans and designs the program for company-wide or Group Strategic/Tactical Planning
  • Facilitates the Strategic/Tactical Planning
  • Manages the administrative requirements (schedule, venue, invite, materials, etc.) needed for the planning
  • Assists in the venue set-up and facilitation of activities, games, and exercises as needed

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Designs policies and tools related to Org Assessment (e.g. Exit Interviews, Internal Surveys, and FGD) to gather employee feedback
  • Conducts exit interviews for resigning employees
  • Conducts annual climate survey and other internal surveys as necessary to address the needs of the organization
  • Conducts annual focus group discussions to gather information necessary for organizational development
  • Recommends organizational-wide initiatives and interventions based on the data gathered

Culture and Change Management

  • Researches and recommends appropriate change interventions based on the findings from diagnoses
  • Designs and facilitates the implementation of change management plans to support organizational transformations, ensuring business and change objectives are met
  • Drafts communication plans, key messages, and scripts to facilitate smooth dissemination of information and enable dialogue between and among leaders and employees
  • Works with HR Leaders and Company Leaders in implementing change management activities in their respective areas
  • Sources and recommends tools and methodologies that fit the project requirement

Salary Administration

  • Implements salary and rewards by forwarding required information to payroll and ensuring complete and approved documentation
  • Steers employee movements and implements documentation such as systems and/or database
