Job Summary
This Treasury Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for the execution of Cash Management Operations (CMO) for Asia Treasury group and will play a critical role in the expansion of MBPS CMO team. This role will support the performance of all production tasks of Treasury Operations in accordance with the agreed SLA with the Business Units and will support various automation projects and testing activities for Asia Treasury. This Finance Senior Analyst role will also support the ongoing Treasury Transformation initiatives of Asia which includes the implementation of our target infrastructure for Global Treasury Operations.

Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the MBPS CMO Team Leader, this role is responsible for the daily execution of all Cash Management Operations tasks for Asia Treasury Group.
Operations:
Execute the day-to-day Cash Management Operations timely and with Operational Excellence
Ensure that controls are sufficiently designed, documented, and evidenced to satisfy risk, audit and regulatory objectives.
Ensure that all cash management reports and BU ad-hoc tasks are executed and submitted timely
Develops, implements and oversees onboarding processes, tools, policies, standards, and procedures ensuring alignment with the company’s Cash Management standards
Ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards are met.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by proactively promoting client centricity.
Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions.
Effectively communicate significant production updates and challenges to management as well as to the Business Unit in a timely manner.
Manage and mitigate operational risks and ensure that issues are escalated timely and resolution is effective.
Validate the accuracy of operational risk heat maps and other risk assessments.
Accountable for the timely and effective closure of audit points.
Timely and effective delivery of KPI and KRI reports, business dashboards and other metrics as required by management as well as the Business Unit.
Business Unit Support:
Support Asia Transformation initiatives such as Kyriba Cash Visibility Project and Follow Money Project
Respond timely and accurately to all queries and ad-hoc requests related to operations
Troubleshoots any operational issues related to Cash Management Operations through timely escalations to the Business Units and key stakeholders
Participates in all system testing activities
Support the Treasury Automation Team in the execution of Asia Treasury projects and process improvement initiatives of the team
Reporting:
Assist the Treasury Senior Specialists and Treasury Technical Expert in the monitoring of daily KPI reports (SLA and Accuracy)
Updates regularly the issue log of MBPS CMO team
Participates in the monthly governance call to discuss critical issues
Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related courses.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations
Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
Experience in working across multiple geographies and time zones.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies and senior leadership.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
Must be willing to work for a night shift schedule with NDHP allowance.
Overtime may be required to meet business deadlines
