We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining design wireframes, defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet business and user needs.

Job Details:

Work from home

Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM (Shift is flexible to an extent)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications for applications, software, and websites.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications that meet business and user needs.
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product.
• Incorporate visual or brand identity into the finished product.
• Consider existing applications and evaluate their UX effectiveness.
• Apply the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design.
• Adept in using online tools such as screen readers to aid research.
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong understanding of UX principles and standards
• Proven experience in successfully launching a product that follows UX principles and standards.
• Proficient in design software, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
