JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WEB DEVELOPER Your Responsibilities as a Web Developer:  * Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
* Create website layout/user interface by using stander HTML/CSS practices.
* Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
* Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
* Create and maintain software documentation.
* Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website.
* Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
* Cooperate with web designers to match visual, design intent.
* Assists the web development team with all aspects of website and application design.
* Assists with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications.
* Brainstorm new tech applications such as digital storage and mobile technology.
* Collaborate with developers to implement new web features.
* Be up to date with the latest technology and programming trends Qualifications as a Web Developer: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in web development/programming or similar industry is strongly preferred.
* Must have knowledge in React.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
* Strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
* Extensive understanding of web design and development principles.
* In-depth knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools.
* Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development.
* Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
* Basic knowledge of the Search Engine optimization process.
* Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
* Budgets with business insight.
* Hands-on experience with content management systems.
