Operations / Trucking Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Be at least a college graduate.
2. Have a minimum 75 MBPS Wi-fi speed
3. Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word/Excel as well as Google Docs/Sheets
5. Must have at least two monitors 21” in size
6. Must have experience with online-based or remote work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. General Admin
2. Managing and multi-tasking to monitor shipments
3. Calling and emailing truckers, shippers, and receivers
4. Update our records on Google Sheets
5. Keeping our customers updated about our current shipments

WORK SCHEDULE: Vancouver PST

Available shifts:

1. 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2. 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Full-time:

Monday to Friday or 5 days per week,

Weekend shifts also available depending on work season
