Accounting and Data Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Nightshift, Monday-Friday

WORKPLACE LOCATION: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an Accounting & Payroll Analyst to support our administrative team as we continue to grow. This individual will facilitate the efficient operation of the organization by performing a variety of clerical, administrative tasks including that which requires coordination of our logistics in materials shipping and receiving

• Accounting Support
  • Review Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices and enter details into Accounting System
  • Review and reconcile credit card statements in ERP and accounting systems
  • Data enter incoming sales and work orders into accounting and ERP
  • Steel Issuing for Manufacturing
  • Cycle Counting Schedule and Tracking
• ERP Support
  • Work with Accounting Manager & CFO to develop reports from ERP to give business insights to department heads
  • Pull Periodic Reports from ERP to compile and send to department heads and functional groups
  • ERP Master list review and audits (Item/Customer/Vendor Masters)
• Payroll Support
  • Timecard reviews
  • Weekly timecard audits
  • Ad hoc HRIS and Payroll Reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bacheloru0027s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, must have Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
• Other experience with related applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem are preferred.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, particularly numbers for calculations, invoice numbers, and data entry accuracy.
• Experience working with ERPs or Accounting Software
• Experience with Power BI tools would be highly desired (Power Query, SQL, etc)
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping, filing, and tracking.
