As an Application Business Support , you will be tasked with gathering requirements for system modifications from business area leads. Working closely with the IT technical team, your role will involve designing solutions tailored to meet these business requirements. This entails creating OEBS customizations, reports, and interfaces as needed, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Work Setup: Hybrid, Ortigas/Makati/Quezon City (Will work remotely majority of the time)

Qualify to Thrive:

• Over 8+ years overall IT experience in various types of industries, which includes most experience in Data Analytics and development.
  
• Over 8+ years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle EBS R12.
  
• Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite database (OEBS in the areas of Inventory, WMS, Purchasing, WIP, Order Management, AR, AP, GL, HR, Agile, EDI Expertise with multiple modules is required.
  
• Knowledge of OEBS data structure (Tables, Views, Materialized Views etc).
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent knowledge of Apache Superset.
  
• Good knowledge of Apache Kafka.
  
• Excellent experience in Scala, Apache Spark, Spark Streaming.
  
• Extensive experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL database.
  
• Strong Experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
  
• Experience in Building ETL.
  
• Ability to work under stress and conditions of IT environment including late hours and weekends is needed.
  

Trailblazing Tactics:

• Gather requirements for system modifications from business area leads.
  
• Work with IT technical team to design solutions to meet business requirements and based on requirements create:
  
• OEBS customization
  
• OEBS Report
  
• OEBS interface
  
• ETL(ELT/TL) process for BI Datawarehouse
  
• BI Report/Dashboard
  
• Act as liaison between end users and IT technical groups during solution development.
  
• Assist with testing of new configuration or CEMLIs during development phase of projects.
  
• Deliver support to the end users by partnering with Application Owners and other IT support groups to identify system problems, analyze root causes, and develop options to resolve problems.
  
• Educate users about correct and efficient usage of software.
  
• Write and maintain functional specifications, CEMLI documentation, and system setup documentation.
