Job Description:

Responsible for delivering training programs and assist in recruitment activities to drive sales, manpower growth and enhance market expansion. Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute sales an recruitment strategies to expand sales team within the ISO and partners, and has the ability to be flexible and adaptable by undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the team to meet evolving needs.

  • Proficient in training methodologies and instructional design principles.
  • Skills in event management and coordination, including organizing workshops, seminars, and recruitment events. This involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
  • Skilled in the available and relevant technology tools and platforms. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility, critical thinking, and adaptability in addressing issues and concerns.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • College graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in events, sales, management, or recruitment roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Canva or related applications and MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Willing to Travel
