Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Mid shift

Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly independent Business Development Specialist to join a gobal team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, creating personalized outreach strategies, and setting meeting appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the U.S market. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the target market, focusing on the U.S market.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with prospects and generate leads.
  • Utilize various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to reach out to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning our SaaS solutions as the ideal choice for their business needs.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our target customer profile and sales objectives.
  • Set meeting appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team, providing detailed information and scheduling logistics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and resources for successful client meetings and presentations.
  • Track and analyze outreach activities and lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform outreach strategies and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Highly independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to create personalized and highly effective outreach strategies that drive results.
  • Experience in setting meeting appointments and managing sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the U.S market and B2B sales best practices is preferred.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
