Business Intelligence Lead

Job Description:

• Design initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem solving to improve operations efficiencies, including cost reduction and productivity.
• Observe daily operational activities across functions to identify problems, opportunities and initiate projects to establish a process aligned with the network demand, ensuring consistently high level of service
• Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation
• Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
• Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and present any findings
• Collaborate with different teams to integrate telematics and product solutions, improving operational visibility and enabling proactive decision-making
• Foster a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with teams across sorting centers and operations, contributing to holistic success in the supply chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management or logistics, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data analysis into clear and concise communications.
• Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences.
• Results-driven, flexible, and adaptable capable of working in ambiguous situations in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Advanced Spreadsheet, and R/Python will be advantageous
