Claims Supervisor (Finance)

The Finance Claims Supervisor is responsible in overseeing theday-to-day operations of the Finance Claims Team. Ensuring timely and accurate recording and processing of claims refund related transactions. Supervise and oversee claims processes and documentations to adhere to company policies. Communicate shipper related concerns and manage claims refund related escalation to ensure smooth business transactions with other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy or any related course.
• Experience supervising an Account Payable or Accounts Receivable team
• Experience with complex disbursement processes.
• Experience with an ERP accounts receivable and sales order module.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint  
• Strongly analytical with heavy exposure in Data Analysis tech-savvy;
• Able to quickly adapt to technology and online apps
