Job Description - Documentation Coordinator

Job Description Are you as excited as we are when we talk about the storage and distribution of bulk liquids at our state-of-the-art tank containers and terminals in key markets Could this be the scene for your next career move We are currently recruiting for a Documentation Coordinator to join our Operations team. Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 42,000 tank containers, owns a worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. The Documentation Coordinator will plan and execute logistic requirements necessary for the successful export and/or import of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer's satisfaction. In addition, he/she will ensure that all moves are executed in the most cost-effective way and that all activities are consistently executed respecting the requirements as documented within STC's global SSHE&Q management system and SNSA Code of Business Conduct. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with customers on booking/order received for assigned area. This includes arranging bookings with and coordination of all operational aspects with Shipping Lines to effect timely, safe, and professional operations of the customer's shipments.
Liaise with customers on current and forward bookings with appropriate feedback to your Supervisor. This function should be viewed as a service to our Sales & Marketing efforts.
Ensures all operational non-conformances are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Embraces STC's Quality Excellence program and where appropriate actively participates in the Process Review teams.
To promote a culture of effective communication, continuous improvement and innovation through teamwork and business process reviews. Always project a professional image in the market place and embrace and encourage all colleagues to participate in Stolt-Nielsen's PEP/PDP program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of working experience. Preferably with experience in cargo documentation, data gatherings, rebilling and reporting. Knowledge in cargo shipping operations, ship port activities, charter parties and other relevant areas.
