Position: E-commerce Manager
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Australian Timezone (TBC)
Salary Range: $1,300-$1,600/month
Support Shepherd, a leading provider of virtual assistance services, is seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our new e-commerce division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth of our new online store, managing day-to-day operations, and recruiting and leading a dedicated team
Responsibilities:
- Execute and test e-commerce strategies to enhance sales, customer experience, and brand presence.
- Recruit and lead the e-commerce team in growing the e-commerce performance.
- Oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website management, online customer experience, sales performance, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and up-to-date online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing talents to design and execute digital marketing campaigns. Ensure our online content is optimized for search engines, driving traffic and sales.
- Utilize analytics to track e-commerce performance. Generate insights to inform strategy adjustments, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the e-commerce division.
- Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure our e-commerce strategy is integrated across the business. Be an ambassador for our brand and our sustainability values in all external communications.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the sustainability sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and management.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Nice to have BigCommerce experience
