Job Description - Employer Branding and Talent Marketing Associate II

The overall purpose of this role is the successful execution of internal and external employer branding, talent marketing and communication initiatives operates within a deadline driven environment. By doing that the role requires to be responsible for the creation and maintenance of employer branding, talent marketing and communication material/templates, development and monitoring of employer branding, talent marketing and communication plans maintaining the Employer Brand design guide across all media including print and digital channels. Further main tasks are mentioned below at 'Main responsibilities'.
  • Experience in graphic design and digital media content creation (photo/video)
  • Proficiency with digital media design tools including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency with video and audio editing including but not limited to Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Techsmith Camtasia
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web and UX design (Adobe XD)
  • Compelling writing skills meeting the tonality of our target groups
  • Social Media affinity (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintenance of LinkedIn & support with broadbean matching (questions regarding the products, display errors, changing seat holders during their absences, consultancy, explanation, connecting, follow up on approval process)
  • Maintaining web2print tool in terms of user administration, imagery uploads, template creation & implementation
  • Work on global EB & TM tasks being requested via web2print ticketing system
  • Ensure all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines
  • Maintenance of Newsletters and multiple communities' communication channels
  • Experience with content management and marketing automation
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint (design/animation)
  • Prepares reports on the communication activities
  • Setting up of target group-tailored landing pages for TA purposes
  • Maintain DB Schenker's corporate identity in all collaterals coursed through the team (i.e. PowerPoint presentation decks, word documents, posters, flyers, etc.)
  • Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English
  • Create and/or enhance customer-facing reports
  • Create any presentation from raw data, meeting notes, drafts, mind maps, etc.
  • Conduct desk research on any topic that would aid the Global P&O team in developing plans/programs
  • Create and/or enhance posters, brochures and flyers while maintaining the company's design principle
  • Performs training of existing tools to internal colleagues
