Finance Manager

Salary range is $35k-$42k USD/year

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Makati City. You'll play a vital role in managing all aspects of local finance and accounting, ensuring compliance with both Philippine and US GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Philippines G/L, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, intercompany, tax, and foreign exchange.
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliations, payment processing, and intercompany account accuracy.
• Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining internal controls and assisting with audits.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Manage monthly and yearly tax compliance, liaising with authorities as necessary.
• Support the General Manager with pricing analysis, inventory management, and business decisions.
• Assist with legal compliance and logistical operations as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a multinational company.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and reporting tools (Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine, US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
