Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Midshift - 3:00 pm - 12:00 Midnight/Night Shift - 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Admin Warehouse Staff
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining Requirements:
✨ Open to foreigner who speaks French Language and holding permanent visa
✨ Filipino national fluent in French is basic to conversational
✨ Bachelor's degree of any course is required
✨ Has 1-2 years experience of Warehouse Administration
✨ Customer service is a plus.
✨ Knowledgeable to use Logistics softwares. Responsibilities
✨ Maintain required records and documents for warehouse operations
✨ Enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse
✨ Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
✨ Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
✨ Ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
✨ Organising the daily operations of the warehouse
✨ Providing administrative and customer service Support Supervising warehouse staff and coordinating ✨ their workloads Review daily orders
✨ Perform other related duties as assigned Recruitment Process:
