Job Description - Global Trade RCM Associate II

Submission app – assign tasks.
Create Service Contract ID (SCID)
New creations and updates
Automate created SCIDs.
Amendment and CCG group maintenance.
Maintain Freight Rates and Charge Rules
Quality checks (incl FCL cost)
Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities.
Contributes improvement ideas.
Participate actively on all required team meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
Daily Huddle board updates
Daily update of Productivity files

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 yrs. work experience
Previous work experience preferably in a shipping/ logistics/ freight forwarding or IT organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Macro), Power point, word Visio, and other MS Office applications.
Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
Continuous improvement mindset with structured working methods
Able to work effectively with a distant or minimal supervision.
Ability to propose and coordinate new initiatives.
High Organization skills and deep attention to details is a must.
