Job Summary:

We seek an inventory clerk with experience working with product-based companies with 100+ SKUs. You thrive in a detail-oriented environment, leveraging tools and data to drive your decision-making. You understand the value of well-documented processes and continuous improvement, between these two you strive to evolve the processes within the organization. You are a meticulous, data-oriented human who can keep an eye on the inventory of the entire company.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels daily at our warehouses
  
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliations against various sales channels (B2B and DTC)
  
• Communicate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide updates when items are close to being sold out or are out of stock
  
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to determine ideal inventory distribution across multiple warehouses for future inbound shipments
  

Logistics:

• Schedule and coordinate inbound shipments from our multiple factories to our warehouses, following SOP
  
• Communicate updates to the team when shipping schedules change
  
• Coordinate international freight shipments with distributors from either our US warehouses or our factories, providing CI's, with necessary documentation, and communicating with the recipient to ensure a seamless customs/delivery process
  
• Collaborate with our Wholesale Ops Team to schedule freight shipments and send ASN's for special wholesale orders
  
• Ensure that shipping SOPs are being followed correctly
  

Vendor/Customer Communication:

• Maintain correspondence with manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, and customers regarding inbound and outbound freight shipments
  
• Communicate inventory status changes with operations, sales, and marketing teams
  
• Communicate with the Product Team regarding new product details and timelines
  

Ad-Hoc

Product Support:

• Enter new product details correctly into Netsuite (ERP) and Flowspace (3PL)
  
• Update relevant internal and external documents with new product detail
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of exposure in Inventory Management and Logistics
  
• P roficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets particularly in using Lookup formulas and the likes
  
• Adept in any inventory management system, Netsuite , and/or any CRM/ERP
  
• Sound decision-making and organizational skills
  
• Open communicator, go-getter, and a team player
  
• The Vibe - Someone who works smart but also who knows fun
  
• Good English communication and comprehension, both written and verbal
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 12AM-9AM
  

Advantageous/Preferably:

• With basic knowledge of Freight forwarding process and HTS
