Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Ensures that parts and supplies needed for operation are available. He manages Parts Operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. He also executes the Inventory and Warehouse standard processes and effectively engages department personnel

Main Functions

• Establish an adequate supply of parts to enable efficient, timely response to order requests
• Manage the inventory, reporting, and purchasing for parts, supplies, and other company assets
• Source new suppliers that are cheaper or have better quality parts.
• Develops, implements, and manages procedures and processes with consideration for personnel needs, systems, and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Drive parts forecasting and budgeting process
• Oversee the Flow of Parts and Supplies
• Oversee Parts shipping
• Oversee Parts returns
• Manage staff and staffing levels.
• Plan promotions on parts that are for sale.
• Oversee the maintaining parts and inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and ordering parts and supplies
• Oversee related purchasing and contract procedures, receiving, evaluation, and purchasing of parts and supplies.
• Emure parts and other supplies inventory records are updated.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, picking, shipping and customer service.
• Analyze and measure all inventory and Warehouse-related metrics.
• Attends Exposition and other events related to Suppliers
