Inventory Management Team Leader

The Inventory Management Team Leader is responsible in overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management within the cold storage. The successful candidate will lead a team of inventory analyst, counter and checker, ensuring the accurate tracking, monitoring, and organization of goods stored in the cold storage facility. The Inventory Management Team Leader plays a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing losses, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse operation.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain management, Logistics or any related course
• Proven experience in inventory control or warehousing, preferably in a cold storage environment (but not required)
• Familiarity with inventory management system is a plus.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a cold storage environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
