Inventory Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

· Develop and execute efficient receiving strategies to ensure the timely receipt of goods and materials.

· Optimize receiving processes, including documentation, quality checks, and unloading, to minimize lead times and errors.

· Monitor and analyze inbound performance metrics, such as receiving accuracy, on-time delivery, and dock-to-stock cycle time, and implement improvements as needed.

• Inventory
• Create and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
• Supervise regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and ensure inventory accuracy through efficient record-keeping and system updates.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete items, and develop strategies for their disposition or liquidation to free up warehouse space and capital.
• Manage, develop, and execute other inventory activities such as put away, returns, pull-outs, etc.Lead, mentor, and train the warehouse team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for smooth operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the supply management team and other departments, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Implement health and safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety among the workforce to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Operations Heads to support the overall operations of the Receiving or warehouse Department, adapting to the specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inbound logistics and inventory management for at least 2-3 years.
• Proficient in other computer software such as excel, google sheets, presentation, etc., as well as inventory management software and systems.
• Preferably with warehouse and logistic background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safety and compliance in the workplace.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A sharp eye for details for accuracy.
• Good leadership abilities and the ability to work under stressful environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,555.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
