IT Associate Billing Analyst

The IT Billing Analyst is essential to assist the Information Technology Department's (ITD) IT Finance and User Services division (ITFS) by providing operational support for billing, budget monitoring, consultant services, and various departmental processing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support ITFS activities by developing efficient tracking models and promoting coordination across ITD.
• Analyze and validate various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution into application systems.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide periodic reports on initiatives.
• Update payment records based on Oracle reports and reconcile actual payments for internal systems.
• Monitor budget utilization and review disbursements for billing adjustments.
• Liaise with teams for budget allocations and prepare charging and billing reports.
• Assist in analyzing historical data and monitoring consulting contracts.
• Provide efficient event logistics support and handle queries from internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required.
• Experience in reconciliation, budgeting, and office management preferred.
• Familiarity with the Coupa system and Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications is necessary.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in multicultural environments and meet deadlines consistently.
