Junior Procurement & Shipment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing order forms such as stock, replenishment, sample or mock-ups, and advance and present orders.
• Issuing of an official purchase order.
• Processing the payment to suppliers.
• Assessing and updating SAP PO if there's amendments and corrections.
• Preparing and updating the reports of purchase order activity.
• Verifies and keeps records of previous and new information about suppliers.
• Maintaining records of all transactions related to purchasing activities.

• Candidate must posses a bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a procurement assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in computer software, procurement software and tools is an advantage.
• Highly organized, keen to details, flexible and self-motivated.
