Role Pitch Our fast-growing team is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Coordinator to work in our Learning Centre alongside of a team of facilitators. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of an exceptional learning experience for our customers (internal and external) and partners. Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and organising global training sessions
Being the key contact for employee and customers training requests, including arranging the logistics efficiently for in-house and virtual training.
Functioning as a key administrator of our global LMS
Coordinate and administer all aspects of our core skills curriculum and inductions. This includes scheduling, technology set up, gathering materials, marketing, tracking attendance, feedback and evaluation/metrics.
Gathering and reporting training data and KPI's
Communicating at all levels with stakeholders and trainees
Continuous development of training admin processes
Support the promotion and communication of L&D programmes and initiatives, assisting with the design of solutions that will drive engagement.
Description Attributes and Experience Required:
Experience as a learning management system (LMS) administrator is essential
A good working knowledge of MS packages and strong IT skills essential
Service oriented approach
Familiarity with project management tools
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to write clear, concise, professional emails and reports
Demonstrated capacity to work well under pressure with attention to detail
Driven by continuous improvement and actively seeks constructive feedback
