We are looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Operations Team Lead to join our Manila People & Culture Team. This role is crucial for leading a team that provides logistical support for L&OD programs. Additionally, the team ensures our products meet colleagues' needs, offers a seamless learning experience through technology, and engages with colleagues globally.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role

As the Learning & Organisational Development Operations Team Lead, your role is to support the L&D team and the wider OD department globally, ensuring excellent learning and career progression experiences for colleagues (customers).

Your expertise will guide the Manila L&OD team to achieve operational excellence and add value to the wider organization, with support from the Head of L&D and other colleagues. The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Significant experience in Learning and Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) at a supervisory/team leader level.
  • Strong L&OD generalist background with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Experience in designing L&D marketing solutions, including plan development, tailored promotions, and effective written communication with customers.
  • Proficient in managing and evolving L&OD products, gathering data (evaluations/feedback) from customers, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and presenting to stakeholders across the team.
  • Experience in vendor/supplier relationship management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, managing a busy workload, and collaborating with stakeholders across a large, global team.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at your Makati office.
