Legal Manager

• Providing legal advice predominantly in the areas of transportation and logistics law as well as contract law
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and multinational transport, warehousing and logistics contracts
• Providing strategic legal advice in national and international projects in the areas of transportation and contract logistics or in the development of new business models
• Drafting of legal opinions and position statements
• Liaising with the DB Schenker Insurance Department
• Monitoring relevant legislative procedures at national and international level

• Fully qualified lawyer, with state examinations and above-average results, or a comparable foreign qualification
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company
• Knowledge in contract, transport and logistics law; industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with familiarity in legal drafting
