Job Description
The Liaison/Logistic Officer is responsible for handling all general administrative and liaison functions of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permits, Licenses, and other
requirements.
· Process and monitor quarterly and annual renewal of all necessary requirements with various local government
units and agencies.
· Coordinate and submit reports and member updates to various government agencies such as SSS, Pag-ibig
and Philhealth.
· Submit documents or reports to BIR/BOI whenever necessary.
· Coordinates with the company's service providers in terms of payments ad submission of required documents.
· Receive incoming correspondences and distributes or sends outgoing letters/documents.
· Process delivery of laptops, and other pertinent documents that requires delivery through couriers.
· Accompany shareholders during PH visit. (driving)
· Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
· Good communication skills.
· At least 1- 2 years' experience in processing local government documents not limited to SSS, Pag-ibig,
Philhealth, BIR, BOI, and BOD.
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good negotiation skills
· Resourceful
· Interest in field work
· Knows how to drive (car)
