Logistics - Allocation

Job Description:

- Create a daily, weekly, and monthly volume allocation plan

- Create new and standardize ongoing logistics volume allocation reports

- Manages hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly volume allocation controls in the Shopee system

- Run adhoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets

- Monitor reports on key logistics volume allocation-related metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and senior management

- Work with internal stakeholders in addressing key issues in allocation and delivery performance through both short and longer solutions

- Support adhoc forecasting requests across multiple internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in supply chain, demand and supply planning
• Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse and transportation industry
