Job Description - Logistics Assistant

Job Summary Directly reporting to Assistant Logistics Supervisor for effectively managing the various functional activities of the Logistics Department covering the areas of daily delivery monitoring, delivery inquiry handling, and fleet & team performance management. Job Description
Assist in monitoring deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery
inquiries
Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate
Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report
Ensure Logistics team properly executes all collections instructions from deliveries
Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts
Monitor Logistics expenses and petty cash
Canvas and purchase truck parts
Performs other related work that may be assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, Logistics degree is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team
player
Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
Schedule Of Work Required to report to the office in Mambugan, Antipolo, Mondays to Fridays, 10 pm to 7:36am
