ZigZag Offshoring is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team!

  • About the role
    As an Administrative Assistant , your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial administrative support to the Partnerships team. Working closely with the Partnerships team, your role is vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations. We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.


Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Manage emails and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Calendar Management :

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for team members
  • Ensure efficient time management by organising and managing calendars
  • Send reminders and confirmations for appointments and meetings.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with data entry and document management.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and analysis.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling and relevant marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional content
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and conferences
  • Handle event logistics, including attendee registration, event promotions, etc.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support various projects and initiatives.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Energetic with a purposeful mindset
  • Proven experience as an administrative or marketing assistant or in other relevant administrative support roles
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Must be capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • An initiative-taking approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
