The Project An integrated mountain resort project in Pampanga, Philippines. Located between Angeles city and New Clark city. Phase 1 works include development of an 18-hole championship golf course, banyan tree main building and resort villas, club house, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities.   This is an opportunity to work on a world class integrated resort for a global, multi-national organisation and market leading client. Input and assisting in the management of the MEP services delivery, health & safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants. To learn and develop core knowledge and skills showing, drive & enthusiasm whilst taking responsibility for their own professional development. You'll Be Responsible For

• Work within the project team, under direction, communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
• Assist in the analysis, rectification and completion of the MEP design, learning the business's management processes whilst developing their engineering understanding.
• Assist in the coordination and liaising of project Sub-contractors, Sub-Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Assist in the coordination and management of the interfaces between packages.
• Liaise and coordinate with key project stake holders such as the Client, Design and Construction teams.
• Assist in the identification of risk and the production and implementation of mitigation plans.
• Assist in the incorporation of modern method of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication.
• Assist in the implementation of Mace's standards & project strategies, gaining a basic understanding a of these documents.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll Also Have

• Relevant CSCS Card.
• SMSTS Health & Safety Training.
• A developing knowledge of an MEP engineering systems including installation techniques, best practice, engineering processes, prefabrication and single system commissioning requirements, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• A developing knowledge of construction build elements, including sequencing and dependencies to ensure consideration, collaboration and co-ordination with build elements, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• A developing knowledge of commercial management to allow commercial control of a packages, inclusive of the procurement processes, change control, programme impact and cost to complete, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• A developing knowledge of planning processes and management, with sufficient understanding of key construction release requirements, critical path, tasks/works scheduling and commissioning activities, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• A developing knowledge of health, safety & welfare core elements such as working from height, electrical safety, fire safety, logistics and lifting, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• A developing knowledge of quality assurance process' and management & Commissioning of single systems as well as the integration of systems through Cause & Effect, BMS and IST integration periods, understanding the fundamentals on completion of their apprenticeship.
• Develop their ability to undertake rule of thumb design / basic design calculations during the analysis of designs.
