National Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor degree with preferable major from Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in logistic and warehouse operations, accounting, or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations
• Strong in negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial operation policies, procedures, and strategies including new technology and process enhancement to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build strong relationship and to effectively managing the financial operations.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of NDD and DC warehouse data including analyzing and identifying trends and areas of improvements as well as reviewing and reconciling stocks' inflow and outflow.
• Prepare and file tax documents and permits, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely operational reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on financial operations as well as promoting professional development & growth.
