Job Description

Job Summary:

As a National Sales Manager you are responsible for the overall sales performance of the company. You must maintain relationships with existing customers, ensure repeat business, and develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals. The National Sales Manager will develop, propose, and lead revenue generation strategies to broaden the customer database and grow sales nationwide.

Main Functions:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Focuses on acquiring new customers and developing long-term relationships with existing customers. Sales are typically achieved through assigned areas and accounts.
  • Create Business Plans and Strategies: Responsible for assessing customer needs and presenting the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing and new customers.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals: Work on existing demand that our client strategy team has qualified.
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiate deals: Responsible for selling products / primarily through fieldwork to achieve pre-determined revenue targets.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients: Orchestrate in-person visits to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and goals.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and good customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and market trends. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • With background working in construction, automotive, heavy equipment or related industries is a plus.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Head Office - Merville, Parañaque City.
