Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and Sales General Manager to lead our company's operational and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and sales leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives in both operations and sales.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop sales strategies, set sales goals, and monitor performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate teams in both operations and sales departments. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team success.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans accordingly.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for both operations and sales departments. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to align efforts and achieve overall company goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational and sales-related risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management and sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

COMPENSATION MODEL:
Guaranteed 60% of basic salary per month, with an additional 40% of the salary to be given if monthly targets are reached.
