Job Description - Outlet Sales Coordinator

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for Sales Coordinator to join our Outlet Sales Team based in Quezon City.

The Outlet Sales Coordinator is responsible for the collaboration with different departments, such as Production and Warehouse & Logistics so as to ensure the seamless movement of products from PBC to the customer/end-user. He/she must have excellent Product Knowledge and can easily determine stock levels of items/products, be it in the Outlet display freezers or in the warehouse (walk-in freezers). This position must also see to it that the correct items are dispatched from the Outlet as scheduled.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by giving accurate information regarding availability and stock levels of items for sale.
  • Keep in constant communication with other departments, i.e., Production and Warehouse & Logistics to ensure proper and timely stock movement.
  • Ensure that entries in Order Form and Sales Invoice are consistent, in terms of quantity and description, with the Items prepared/packed prior to delivery.
  • Coordinate directly with customers to fully understand certain specifications that may be required of ordered items, if needed.
  • Perform other tasks relative to Outlet operations that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.

Our perfect match:

  • Graduate of a 4-yr course, preferably in any Business, Marketing or Food Technology programs.
  • Having relevant experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in the food industry is a plus factor.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, keen attention to detail and with high levels of initiative and drive.
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, and team player.
  • Knowledgeable in software applications; MS Office; Google Spreadsheet; ERP.
  • Excellent PR and pleasing personality.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge in Gsuite, Google Spreadsheet, and ERP is an advantage.
